One side features 24 Karat replica of Alexander The Great coin complemented with 8 Brilliant cut Diamonds in a total weight of 0.10 Carat. The other side features 5 round cut Sapphires, total weight 2.26 Carat and 4 bigger and one small brilliant cut Diamonds, total weight 0.88 Carat.
